Episode 02: Anxiety, Friendship and Dementia with Phil
It's no secret that anxiety causes problems in relationships. It can cause big waves in the calmest of seas. That's anxiety for you. The best of friends will always stick by you of course (you can hear what I mean by the best of friends at the end of this episode) through thick, thin and positively ridiculous.
This week I'm joined by my lovely friend Phil, as we talk about all things anxiety related and work ourselves up into a nervous sweat yet ("the best sweat ever"). The episode is really special to me as, although I had a lot of fun recording it, there were some touching moments of vulnerability between us that strengthened our connection.
It's Dementia Awareness week and Phil has some important things to say. I'm thrilled to be able to lend this platform to such a worthy cause. In this podcast episode, Phil answers some of my "stupid" questions about Dementia and really helps me understand some aspects of Dementia that I hadn't really thought about. I won't spoil it for you. Click play...
